Creditors pursue their claims only by filing them to the schedule (Tabelle) with the administrator \u2014 within the deadline set in the opening order.<\/p>\n      <h3 style=\"font-size:1.35rem;margin-top:2.2rem\">Filing the claim<\/h3>\n      <ul>\n        <li>with the administrator (increasingly via a creditor portal), in German, stating amount and legal ground,<\/li>\n        <li>with evidence: contracts, invoices, records, correspondence,<\/li>\n        <li>late filing is possible but costs a fee and carries risks,<\/li>\n        <li>if the administrator disputes the claim, a declaratory action remains.<\/li>\n      <\/ul>\n      <h3 style=\"font-size:1.35rem;margin-top:2.2rem\">What else to watch<\/h3>\n      <p>We check securities (retention of title allows you to reclaim your goods), set-off positions \u2014 and the clawback risk (Insolvenzanfechtung): the administrator can demand the return of payments you received before the insolvency. Never pay on such letters unchecked \u2014 the claims are often inflated and negotiable.<\/p>\n    <\/div>\n    <div class=\"hl rv\" style=\"max-width:760px\">\n      <span class=\"eyebrow\">Warning signs<\/span>\n      <h3>Act before the insolvency, not after<\/h3>\n      <p>Payment delays, instalment requests, changes in management \u2014 that is the moment to secure claims.
